9 am servicelocated in the main building in our worship center, this service is a more traditional style with hymns, led my a piano and vocalist. Communion is offered each week as well as bible teaching. There are no children's programs offered during this time

10:45 am servicelocated in our Activity Center on the south end of our campus, this service is led by a worship band through a mixture of recent worship songs, newer compositions of traditional hymns and original music. The environment is more flexible and can change depending on the bible teaching topic on any given week. Communion is offered each week as well as a full range of children's programming. During July and August our Adventure Zone (elementary age) kids worship with their families and enjoy a more interactive time of participating in the worship service and teaching time.

Where to Parkdepending on your arrival time there may be on street parking right on 42nd Ave. If not, we have plenty of off street parking in one of three lots.
Lot 1 ... across the street from our main building, on the south side of our arts building (4401 42nd Ave) Lot 2... directly behind our main building, the entrance is off of Genesee just East of 42nd Ave. Lot 3... is located on our lower level campus at our Preschool building (4425 41st Ave). The entrance to this lot is on 41st ave just south of Genesee. You can then take the walkway up from the south end of the parking lot (next to the preschool) to the upper lot behind the Activity Center |
Where to enter9am service ... in the main building, enter through the double glass doors at the top of the ramp at the corner of 42nd and Genesee
10:45am service ... in the Activity Center, enter through the double doors in the courtyard between the two buildings or the double doors on street level from 42nd Ave. - if you have children, you'll want to enter the lower level of the main building first to check them in to the KidZone wing. You can get to the check in station by either entering the door in the courtyard leading into the main building...go to the end of the hall where you'll find check in. You can also enter through the back parking lot door...once inside turn left and up 3 stairs to the check in area. Once your children are checked in you'll go down the hallway past our kids classrooms and the nursery, through the courtyard and then into the Activity Center. |
WSCC 101A number or times each year we hold a gathering on a Sunday evening for 2 hours (5-7pm) to go through the nuts and bolts of the ministry here. In this interactive time we'll tour the campus (4 buildings) go through our "What we believe" statements, our framework of leadership, our ministry opportunites, and allow you to ask all the questions you like. We do have childcare available for you if you need it...just indicate it on your registration below.

WSCC102Along with WSCC 101 we also have this session which meets for 2 hours to inform people about the places where volunteering can take place as well as assess people in areas where their spiritual gifts lie. It is our belief that each person is uniquely gifted by God and if that gift can be connected to an area of service, then everyone benefits. You can download a copy of the spiritual gifts inventory here. After completing it you can come to the session and discover what it means for you.
