Availability and fees
All rentals require a personal appt with our office administrator Shannon during office hours (9am-12:00noon) to go over the specifics of your arrangement.
the building is not available at all on Sundays until 2pm due to us holding one of our worship services in there. Otherwise it can be reserved on a first come first serve basis. It is also not available during the month of December due to all of our holiday activities. Please note that everyone needs to either fill out the reservation request at the bottom of this page, or call Shannon in the church office to request dates. The reservation is not final until you have stopped by the office in person and filled out the final reservation forms with our office administrator (during business hours only 9am-12 noon). This includes church members. Every reservation must be finalized at least 10 days prior to the event or you risk losing the space.
Fees:
There is a sliding scale for these available to non-profit groups ... contact us for details
***Receptions/parties (wedding, birthdays, etc) are not considered non-profit events
Special rates are available for members of WSCC although a refundable cleaning deposit of $100 may be required
Cleaning:
$100.00 per event *Payable to the individual performing the task...name supplied by WSCC office
Setup / teardown:
$50.00 per event *payable to the individual performing the task ... name provided by WSCC office
*** these fees may be waved for non-profit groups who agree to handle that themselves
Onsite person:
up to 4 hours $50.00
4-8 hours $100.00 *payable to the individual performing the task...name supplied by WSCC office
Building usage fee:
up to 8 hours--$200.00 *payable to WSCC
Kitchen usage
included with main room rental
*** there is a $75 fee for use of our dishes/glassware, etc which includes the contracting party cleaning them in our dishwasher
sound/video tech
up to 4 hours (75.00)
4-8 hours (150.00) *payable to the individual performing the task...name supplied by WSCC office
